FOMF
As Fractional Marketing & GTM Consultant, I developed an end-to-end go-to-market strategy for a medical AI product, a spin-off from a German SME. Including market and competitive analysis, Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) definition, positioning and messaging framework as foundation for the first brand guide, partner and distribution strategy, as well as defining KPIs and establishing a performance measurement framework. Additionally, designed a product referral program and a community-based customer acquisition strategy.
FolioAssist
FolioAssist is my own SaaS product, an AI-powered portfolio generator for freelancers and consultants. Enter a URL, screenshot & favicon are pulled automatically, AI writes the project descriptions. Export as a complete HTML file, no account, no hosting, in under 10 minutes.
Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung
Development of a target-group-specific communication strategy for the Demokratie-Starterbox of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung within the Demokratie leben! funding program, including personas, key messages, and tailored media channels. Targeted press work and thought leadership sustainably increase the project's public visibility and reach. Segmented email marketing communication ensures an impactful outreach to the relevant user groups.

Susteco
Following the company's spin-off, I drove the strategic and operational advancement of brand visibility, through targeted press work, thought leadership content, and event management, including partner summits and industry trade shows such as Expo Real and Real Estate Arena. The management of external agencies, internal C-level stakeholders, and the implementation of automated communication workflows via HubSpot Marketing Cloud ensured consistent and scalable brand communication.

Bosch Building Technologies
End-to-end brand building for a newly founded business unit, from communication strategy to operational execution. Development and implementation of a measurable omnichannel presence across the entire customer journey, including pitch decks, website with SEO, analytics infrastructure, LinkedIn, and trade show appearances. Active strengthening of the ecosystem through regular partner calls and targeted dialogue marketing initiatives.
Democracy Hacks
Complete structure of the platform as a clickable design prototype. A learning platform for teachers focused on democracy education, featuring teaching materials, quizzes, AI challenges, and a global network of democracy projects.
Table Media
As Fractional Chief Growth Officer, I was responsible for building and managing the entire online marketing strategy, including leading a team of internal employees, freelancers, and external agencies. Beyond traditional marketing topics, I advised the company on cost controlling and the development of a KPI framework with a focus on CAC and CLV. By implementing HubSpot marketing automation, including workflows and customer segmentations, I laid the foundation for scalable, data-driven growth.

Bosch Climate Solutions
Successful website relaunch, visually refreshed, technically optimised, and fully search engine optimised. From project planning through to final implementation. Core tasks included web design and UX design via HubSpot Marketing, user management, and the structured build-out of templates. In addition, all page content was migrated bilingually and a comprehensive SEO optimisation of the entire website was carried out.
Pfotendoctor
In this role, I took on the strategic marketing leadership as a Fractional CMO, covering a broad range of competencies: from performance marketing and marketing automation to tag management, influencer marketing, and B2B2C strategies.
Pets Deli
As CMO, I was responsible for marketing across three countries, holding a board mandate, managing annual budgets of over €4 million, and leading the teams with direct disciplinary responsibility. I built the marketing organisation and developed a scalable channel and funnel strategy. Key focus areas included data-driven CRM, marketing performance, attribution, and customer retention. The result was scalable revenue growth and the establishment of a stronger second leadership layer.
